Registration Requirements

In order to be a voter in Quincy, you must be:

  1. A United States citizen

  2. Age 18 on or before election day

  3. A resident of Quincy

The last day to register to vote for the September Primary Election is August 27th, and November Final Election is Wednesday, October 29th.

State Primary Election Day is Tuesday, September 6th, 2022.

Final Election Day is Tuesday, November 8th, 2022.

Polls are open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Early voting begins on August 27th to September 2nd for the Primary Election, and October 22nd to November 2nd For the Final Election.

Mail in Ballots and Where do I vote?

To receive a mail in ballot, you must fill out an application and submit it to the City Clerk’s office by August 29th for the State Primary Elections and by November 1st for Final Election Day.
